I incorrectly ordered the wrong g'box oil, Called Car Service Packs spoke to Graham who couldn't have been any more helpful - ran down to warehouse to check it hadn't already been dispatched - thankfully it hadn't so he amended the order to send the right oil to me - Completely my fault but their great customer service corrected it in minutes - Thank you
